Classroom Training
Classroom training is held at our worldwide headquarters located right outside Los Angeles. This is a 3 day course focused on the fundamentals of understanding our software and how it can be best utilized for fired heater and furnace design. Several test cases are created and reviewed with the class, with interactive question and answers throughout. This class can accommodate up to 6 students.
On-Site Training
Our on-site training product utilizes the same curriculum as our classroom training, however provides the benefit of having our instructor travel to the customer’s destination. This allows for a larger class of up to 10 students, while also providing the benefit of working in existing training facilities of the customer.
Online Training
Our online training product is based upon our live training curriculum, however allows the student to be self-paced and access from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Our online training product provides a very cost effective method to ensure widely dispersed teams can benefit from learning as time or travel schedule permits.
Customized Training Services
Our Learning department also has the ability to create a fully customized training solution, based upon the curriculum of our standard classes, yet specific to certain cases or scenarios that a customer may have. This also can provide a flexible and multi-faceted approach to ensure a customer’s entire user base can get quickly ramped up and efficient in operating our software.
